At IT’S PAWSOME you can easily order your clothes online. Our webshop is divided into different categories, so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. Each product page is decorated with a size chart, check it out before ordering your size.

Once you have added the products to your shopping basket, you can easily pay for your order online using the payment methods we have chosen.

We strive to ship your package within 3 working days. Should it happen that we have to differ from this delivery time, you will of course be informed.

Our clothing is ‘true to size’, this means that in general you can order your normal size. Of course, it is useful to have a good look at the size charts on the product pages.

If the product you want is not in stock, in some cases it is possible to place a back order. You order the product, the product will be delivered to you as soon as we have it back in stock.

So you always have something to look forward to! Would you like to know the status of your backorder? Send an email to bestellingen@itspawsome.nl with your order number and we will help you with your order.

You can shop on the IT’S PAWSOME website if you live in the Netherlands or Belgium.

Do you live outside the Netherlands or Belgium and would you like to order? Please send an email to info@itspawsome.nl and we will arrange it for you!

If your order has been placed correctly you will receive an order confirmation from us at the email address you entered. As soon as your parcel has been sent, we will send you a new e-mail containing a Track & Trace code (if applicable).

Is this not the case? Then send an email to bestellingen@itspawsome.nl and we will sort it out for you!

For shipping we use Sendcloud, a shipping platform for webshops. Sendcloud has agreements with PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS. We make use of these different providers.

The shipping costs for a parcel of IT’S PAWSOME are €5.95 in the Netherlands. For orders in Belgium, the shipping costs are €9.95. For orders above €50, shipping in the Netherlands is free!

Sure, you can track your parcel via a Track & Trace link that will be automatically sent to you as soon as we have mailed your parcel.

In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive, please send an e-mail to bestellingen@itspawsome.nl together with your order number. We are going to find out where your package is!

At IT’S PAWSOME you can pay securely online with iDEAL, credit cards (American Express, Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay and Klarna payment later.

All rates on our website include 21% VAT. If you order from us as a company; you can fill in your company name on the checkout page, you will receive an invoice from us stating the VAT amount.

At IT’S PAWSOME, you always have 14 days to change your mind; your right of withdrawal. Within this period you may return your package (or part of it) to us without giving a reason.

Returns are quick and easy via the IT’S PAWSOME Returnportal. For more information on returns, please see our Returns Policy.

For returning one or more products, €5.95 return costs will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the amount we will refund to you. When your complete order is returned, we will also refund any shipping costs you may have paid.
