Always free size exchange

Your size doesn’t fit? Send an email to bestellingen@itspawsome.nl with your order number and we will let you know how you can change your product free of charge. You don’t have to use the return portal for this.

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Through this page you can read the return instructions of IT’S PAWSOME. You may exchange your products without giving any reason up to 14 days after receiving them. Returns are subject to a €5.95 return charge. This amount will be deducted from the amount we will refund to you.

Worn products cannot be returned, as well as products that are no longer in the original packaging or no longer have the original labels. Always keep your proof of return, you may be asked to show this.

To return portal

Returns are easy and fast via IT’S PAWSOME. You always need to register your return shipment at the Returns Portal first. By logging in with the order number and your email address, you can register your return. Don’t forget to mention the reason for return. When everything is completed, you will receive a return label. Print it out and paste it on the top of the package to be returned, so that the original label is no longer visible. Then deliver the parcel to a PostNL service point.

Returning via a cardboard box

If you received your products in a cardboard box, try to return it in the same box. Stick the return label over the original label and bring the parcel to a PostNL point.
