General terms and conditions IT’S PAWSOME

Applicability

The general conditions apply to the IT’S PAWSOME web store and cover all sales, delivery and payment transactions to our consumers via the website www.itspawsome.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change or supplement the terms and conditions, provided that the changes are published on our website. The website www.itspawsome.nl and these general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent court in Arnhem (Gelderland).

Agreement & reservations

An agreement comes into being after you have received confirmation of your order by e-mail from www.itspawsome.nl. IT’S PAWSOME is free to refuse online orders without giving a reason. The items remain the property of IT’S PAWSOME until the full invoice amount has been paid by you.

We do our best to keep our website up-to-date. It may happen that an ordered product unfortunately turns out to be out of stock upon shipment. You will be notified by us as soon as possible in this case. The amount paid will be refunded to your account within 14 days. You can also choose an alternative with the same order value.

Prices & delivery

The prices listed on the site include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs in the Netherlands are €5.95 for orders under €50, above €50 no shipping costs are charged in the Netherlands. Costs for shipments to countries outside the Netherlands, but within Europe we charge the standard rates of PostNL. Shipping costs for delivery outside Europe can be requested by sending an e-mail to info@itspawsome.nl.

You cannot hold us to price quotations that are obviously incorrect, for example as a result of input or printing errors. No rights can be derived from incorrect price information.

If there is an offer, it is stated on the website. An offer is always valid while supplies last. IT’S PAWSOME has the right to change prices at any time. With a price change, there will be no changes for already placed and paid orders. These will be handled according to the agreed price.

We aim to ship your order within 3 business days of receiving your payment. Should it happen that we have to deviate from this delivery time, you will be informed within 24 hours. The statutory time limit is a maximum of 14 days from receipt of a payment. Delivery is made by parcel service PostNL, DHL or DPD. Please note that if your order is shipped to a non-EU country, import duties may be charged upon receipt.

Force Majeure

We cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract if it is due to force majeure. By force majeure we mean unforeseen circumstances such as fire, business interruptions, government regulations (e.g. import restrictions) and logistical problems, which prevent us from fulfilling our obligations. Any payments will be reversed in that case. If, in our opinion, this situation is of a temporary nature, we shall have the right to postpone performance of the contract until this situation no longer exists and we can still deliver. In case of force majeure IT’S PAWSOME is never obliged to pay any compensation.

Pay

Payment can be made in one of the ways indicated during the ordering process. After placing and paying for an order, you will receive an automatically generated message by e-mail stating the total amount of your order including shipping costs (if any) and order number.

Payment must be made in full using one of the following payment methods:

  • Directly via iDEAL in the Netherlands, if you bank online at, for example, Rabobank, ABN AMRO and so on. After placing your order, choose the payment method iDEAL. You then select your online bank. Follow the normal procedure for payments made through online banking. Payments made via iDEAL will be processed the same business day. The total amount to be paid must be in our account no later than 5 working days after placing the order.

Returns

We make every effort to provide you with the fullest possible information about the items through our website. Should an item nevertheless not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 14 days. This 14-day trial period begins the moment the article is received by you at the delivery address. All items purchased on the IT’S PAWSOME webshop can be returned, with the exception of personalized items and items purchased on special offer. If an item is on sale, this is indicated both on the website and in the order confirmation. If you want to exchange an item for another item or a different size, the item in question can be returned and then a new order placed in the webshop. Returns are at your own expense. When the complete order is returned, any shipping costs will also be refunded.

You have the right to return (revoke) the order within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. If the order is returned, you will receive a refund of the payment made for it, including any shipping costs (when returning the entire order). Return payments will be settled by us within a period of 14 days. We have the right to wait for a return receipt/or arrival at our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that have been in your possession for longer than 14 days and/or when you have not purchased the products in the webshop www.itspawsome.nl. Returns are only possible if reported to a post office within 14 days of receipt. Therefore, keep the shipping receipt you receive here safe.

  • The product(s) must show no signs of having been worn, stained, smelly or damaged.
  • The product(s) must have the original attached label (if applicable).
  • The product(s) must be returned in the original packaging.

If you receive a damaged product, are dissatisfied with the condition of the product or the shipment of the product, please report this as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to our customer service at info@itspawsome.nl.

Complaints

We do everything possible to deliver a perfect product. Should an item nevertheless not meet your expectations, please send an e-mail to info@itspawsome.nl within 14 days of receiving the order. We will resolve the problem in consultation with you as soon as possible.

You should treat the clothing with care and wash it according to the washing instructions in the garment. If you choose or have chosen a different method, your complaint will always be declared unfounded. This also applies if the clothing has been worn, you yourself have tried to repair the defect and/or have not properly followed the instructions for use. We are never obliged to pay any compensation for damage or consequential loss caused by the delivery of a defective item.

Personal Data Protection Act

IT’S PAWSOME will handle your personal data confidentially. This privacy-sensitive information is not passed on to third parties, it is used only for orders you place yourself. If you no longer wish to receive mailings from us, you can unsubscribe via the newsletter. According to the Personal Data Protection Act, you are entitled to have your personal data changed or rectified at any time. Go to ‘Privacy Statement’ to read our privacy policy.
