What is the delivery time?+
We aim to ship your package within 3 working days.
Which size should I order?+
Our clothing is true to size: you can generally order your usual size. In doubt? Check our size chart.
Which countries do you ship to?+
You can shop at IT'S PAWSOME if you live in the Netherlands or Belgium.
How do I know my order was placed successfully?+
Once your order has been placed successfully, you'll receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?+
Shipping costs are €5.95 in the Netherlands. Orders from €50 ship for free.
Will I get a track & trace code?+
Absolutely — you can follow your package via a Track & Trace link that is sent to you automatically.
My package hasn't arrived, what should I do?+
If your package doesn't arrive, email bestellingen@itspawsome.nl with your order number.
Payment
Which payment methods are available?+
At IT'S PAWSOME you pay securely online via Mollie with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and PayPal, among others.
What about VAT?+
All prices on our website include 21% VAT.
Returns
Within what period can I return a product?+
At IT'S PAWSOME you always have a 14-day cooling-off period; your right of withdrawal.
How do I return a package?+

What are the return costs?+
A €5.95 return fee applies for returning one or more products.
