Terms and conditions

Article 1 — Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements of the IT'S PAWSOME web shop via www.itspawsome.nl. Dutch law applies to all agreements; disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Arnhem.

Article 2 — Agreement

The agreement is concluded when you have received an order confirmation from us by email. IT'S PAWSOME reserves the right to refuse orders. Delivered products remain the property of IT'S PAWSOME until full payment has been received.

If an ordered product is out of stock, you will receive a refund within 14 days or we will offer you an alternative.

Article 3 — Prices and delivery

All prices include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs. Shipping within the Netherlands costs €5.95; orders from €50 ship for free.

We aim to ship orders within 3 working days. The legal maximum delivery time is 14 days. Import duties may apply to deliveries outside the EU.

Article 4 — Force majeure

IT'S PAWSOME is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as fire or government measures. Payments already made will be refunded, or performance may be temporarily postponed in consultation.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made securely online via our payment provider Mollie, with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card and PayPal, among others. After placing your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the total amount and your order number.

Article 6 — Returns

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment of receipt. Personalised items and sale products are excluded. Products must be returned unworn, with original labels and in the original packaging.

The return fee is €5.95 and is borne by the customer. When returning a complete order, the original shipping costs are also refunded.

Article 7 — Complaints

Complaints about products or deliveries can be reported within 14 days via info@itspawsome.nl. Claims lapse when clothing has been washed or treated incorrectly.

Article 8 — Personal data

Personal data is not shared with third parties other than as necessary to fulfil your order, and is used exclusively for the order placed. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. See also our privacy policy.
