Shipping & returns

We aim to ship your package within 3 working days. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace link.

Package not arriving? Email bestellingen@itspawsome.nl with your order number.

You may return or exchange your products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (your right of withdrawal). A €5.95 return fee applies and is deducted from your refund.

Please note: worn clothing, clothing without its original packaging or without the original labels cannot be returned. Always keep your return receipt — you may be asked for it.

1. Email bestellingen@itspawsome.nl with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. You'll receive a return label by email.
3. Print the label and stick it over the original shipping label.
4. Hand in the package at a PostNL point and keep your receipt.
